I build worlds at the edge of imagination. Creating atmospheric films — sometimes dark, maybe a little strange and occasionally funny. It's what I love.

WellerVision is the work of one filmmaker: C.E. Whitmore.

Every film I make starts with a world and ends with a story. Some stories I choose. Some find me. And the best stories come from the places you weren't expecting - strange corners, uncomfortable silences, images that stay with you after the screen goes dark.

Annecy 2026

The Last Waltz — a feature-length pink noir murder mystery in production — won the Project Proposals track at the Dreamina AI International Animation Conference at the Annecy International Animation Film Festival. Selected by an international jury including former Disney animator Phil Nibbelink, French animation producer Arnauld Boulard, and Academy Award winner Anthony LaMolinara, it was the only project proposal chosen alongside three completed short films.
